- 1932 - 1974 Joseph and Marie Langlais become owners, and operate a family boarding house under the name "Villa Saint-Louis"
- 1974-1979 Various owners 1979 to now Present owners Martine and Jacques Genest undertake a long program of restoration of the house to its historic character
- 2003 The Genests return the Villa Saint-Louis to its historic calling as a guest home and bed & breakfast, welcoming tourists
